The economy has taken a toll on many people not only financially but physically and emotionally. Attempting to overcome an economic break can cause stress, anguish, and in some cases depression. Even though the recession technically is finished, the economy is not fully recovered. I have found excellent quotes from the mouths of scholars and other high profile people that are encouraging and give people a glimpse of hope. Sometimes we must take a few steps backwards in order to move 10 steps forward.
