Mother’s Day Cocktail Specials

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Martini

Mother’s Day is a celebration of mothers all over the world; a day where we express our appreciation for everything they do for us. It’s only a day away and time is slowly running out to find that perfect gift. We shower them with candy and flowers, but this year, why not make her something that will help her to relax. Why not a cocktail?
Below are two different recipes for light and fresh cocktails that your mother will be sure to enjoy and appreciate. Each recipe serves one person. Happy Mother’s Day!

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Martini Recipe:

1 oz vanilla vodka

2 oz pina colada mix
Strawberries
Watermelon

Fill blender with ½ to ¾ with ice. Add rum and pina colada mix. Next add slices of watermelon and strawberries and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and you may garnish with extra fruit. Enjoy!
