The NBA has canceled the first two weeks of the season after their inability to resolve the conflict between the players and owners.
If the games don’t get pushed further back again, there would still be enough time for a whole season.
Commissioner David Stern believes that the canceling of games reveals that an agreement is likely to not come soon. The next games to be canceled would be the Christmas day ones.
The players though are responding to the lockout by playing for other teams. Kevin Durant is on a world tour right now.
It currently looks like the lockout will end after Christmas.
