Kim Kardashian Doesn’t Want a Battle

Kim Kardashian was shaken up after Kris Humphries’s filing of an annulment, although Kardashian had considered doing the same thing, according to People Magazine.
A source close to Kardashian explained that it is upsetting for the star. She explained that Kardashian does not want a battle and that she respects Humphries and wants for both of them to find peace and move on.
Humphries reportedly went to court Wednesday, requesting to have his 72-day marriage annulled.
Kardashian source explained that the star had originally looked into filing an annulment, however, after being told that proving the annulment in court would be too difficult, she settled with a divorce petition.
“Kim is sad how things ended up,” says the source, according to People Magazine. “The split was a devastating decision from the beginning.”
