Clay Terry, an attorney in this case, has reported to KING 5 News that he can’t find anyone who has seen, two-year-old Sky Metalwala within the six months before he was reported missing by his mother on November 6 2011.

Terry, Metalwala’s attorney, made a public plea to help in gathering information to build a timeline within the case.

Terry also plans on sending letters to local doctors and pediatricians to ask if they have provided any type of treatment between the months of May and November to the boy or his older sister Maile.

Julia Biryukova, the boy’s mother, reported her son missing after telling police that she had left her son in the car on the side of the road after it had run out of gas, however police later confirmed that the car had plenty of gas and no other mechanical problems had been reported.

Biryukova has not been seen in public after the disappearance of her son. Police have stated that they are not satisfied with the amount of cooperation they are receiving from her and that she has not been named as a suspect.

Biryukova and Metalwala were in the middle of a divorce and custody battle when the son went missing.

After slipping on icy path at his school, six year old Rahul Chandani, hit his head and broke his leg last January, and was forced to crawl back to his classroom.

The kindergartener at Devonshire Elementary School in Skokie, Illinois, was told by his teacher, “You’re a big boy – I can’t carry you,” said Chandani’s mother, Priya Chandani.

Chandani was then forced to crawl at least 200-300 feet back to school from the icy playground, according to his mother where Chandani still was not given medical attention and an ambulance was not called.

“She told him to walk back, but his leg was broken so he fell again and then had to crawl at least 200-300 feet back to the school building,” said Chandani.

Chandani stated that her son was out of school for six weeks recovering from the injuries and also reported that her son had trouble sleeping, needed many months of rehabilitation and was also emotionally scarred.

According to the suit, Chandani suffered a fractured Tibia as well as a hematoma to his head.

“This could have happened to any child,” said Chandani. “As soon as I saw him I knew something was wrong.”

No comments were made by the Skokie School District 68 officials regarding the negligence suit Wednesday.

The suit is seeking an excess of $200,000 in damages.

Tiger Woods’ former swing coach is writing a book about his time with the pro golfer.

Hank Haney’s book is titled “The Big Miss” and is about the six years he spent with Woods.  The book is scheduled to go on sale March 27, which is a week before the Masters start on April 5.

The title of the book comes from Woods’ supposed fear that one bad shot could wreck his chances in a tournament.

Haney spent 110 days out of a year with Woods and even stayed at his home more than 30 days a year.  While in the Woods’ home, Haney got to see relaxed moments with then-wife Elin.

In the book, Haney also discusses Woods’ fascination with elite military training and of course the 2009 scandal that made huge headlines.
