Although the Lumia 900 seemed to be a fast seller, many customers reported service issues in online forums. Other customers said that the internet was not working, and AT&T associates did not know how to fix the various problems.

Nokia and Microsoft are hoping the Lumia 900 can boost sales and compete with smartphones like the Android and iOS. Out of the 36 million billion app users that will download content this year, only 2% are expected to download to Windows phones, according to data from ABI Research. The Windows Phone Marketplace only has 80,000 apps, while Apple’s App Store has over 500,000 and Google Play has 450,000.

The Lumia 900 is available from Amazon for $49.99 with a two-year contract with AT&T. Click here to read more.
