Katie Holmes Receives Primary Custody of Daughter

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have already settled, just days after Holmes filed for divorce.
In the agreement, Holmes will receive primary physical custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Suri. Mother and daughter will live in New York, while Cruise will be allowed visitation.
“They both love their daughter and Tom thinks she should be with her mother,” said a source to PEOPLE magazine.
Holmes, 33, and Suri have recently moved into a three-bedroom apartment in New York City. Suri, who had previously been home-schooled by tutors, will be enrolled in a private school in Manhattan for the fall.
As for Cruise, 50, he will remain in Los Angeles with his teenage kids, Connor, 17, and Bella, 19.
