Elle Zober hopes her feelings of resentment toward her former husband will help her sell a house.

The For Sale sign in front of Zober’s house reads, “Husband left us for a 22-year-old. House for sale by scorned, slightly bitter, newly single owner.” Zober is also screening potential buyers as the sign adds, “Adulterers need not apply.”

Zober says she and her former husband split after he allegedly left her and their two children for a younger woman.

Despite creating a website and merchandise along with the For Sale sign, Zober explains her ex’s allowed it on her website.

“Here’s the deal – the sign and this entire site was made with my ex-husband’s expressed permission and approval. He even paid for the cost of half of the signs.”

Zober continued, “As long as it sells the house, we’re good. Neither of us wants the house to end up on the foreclosure list.”
