Kile Glover, the 11-year-old son of Usher’s ex wife Tameka Foster, has died after having been taken off of life support.
A jet ski accident on July 6 in Georgia left Glover braid dead. He was declared so within days after being admitted to the hospital in critical condition. A 15-year-old female friend also had suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Glover and the girl had been floating on inner tubes in Georgia’s Lake Lanier when the two were struck by a passing jet ski.
The jet ski’s driver has been identified as Jeffrey S. Hubbard, a family friend. He has so far not been charged with a crime, but an investigation into the incident continues.
Usher, 33, and Foster, 41, married in 2007, and divorced 2 years later. They have two young sons together.
