Judge Mitch Beckloff temporarily stripped Katherine Jackson of her guardianship over the late King of Pop’s three, children Paris, Prince, and Prince Michael II (“Blanket”). Judge Beckloff rewarded guardianship to TJ Jackson, son of Tito Jackson and cousin to Paris, Prince, and Blanket, as their new legal guardian.

During an emergency guardianship hearing, Judge Beckloff said that he did not suspect Katherine for any wrongdoing, but stated that she was being blocked from carrying out her guardianship by unnamed third parties, suspected as siblings Randy, Janet, Jermaine, and Rebbie.

Michael’s mother and siblings appear to be at an ongoing battle for custody of the children, as Katherine’s lawyers and TJ report of suspicious behavior that may be the result of Katherine being held against her will by Michael’s other relatives.

Michael’s will gave Katherine custody of his children and a 20 percent stake in his massive estate, Katherine’s husband Joe Jackson as well as Michael’s eight surviving siblings were completely cut out.

The move to remove guardianship away from Katherine was supposedly supported by the children.

Judge Beckloff also ordered that the children not be removed from California without a court order and that backup guardian Diana Ross and biological mother of Paris and Prince, Debbie Rowe, also be informed of the order to keep the kids in California.

The temporary guardianship will be reviewed at a hearing scheduled for next month, where it is possible that the guardianship action will be reversed.
