Frank Ocean and Rihanna Join 2012 MTV Video Music Award Lineup

Rihanna and Frank Ocean will be joining next week’s 2012 MTV Video Music Award lineup, along side an already star-studded lineup of comedians, actors, and musicians.
Joining a performer line-up that already includes the VMA debut of One Direction, Taylor Swift, Green Day, and Pink, five-time VMA nominee Rihanna will bring out the talent. She is currently tied with Drake for the night’s most nominations, including two bids for Video of the Year.
Among the new presenters also confirmed for the show are the Wanted, Andy Samberg, Rashida Jones, 2 Chainz and Ke$ha.
Rihanna and Ocean will join a previously announced list that includes Miley Cyrus, Wiz Khalifa, Mac Miller and the “Fierce Five,” the U.S. Women’s Olympics Gymnastics Team that won the team gold medal at the 2012 Olympic Games.
The show will be aired live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles September 6 and hosted by comedian Kevin Hart.
