Lindsay Lohan was arrested and issued a ticket for leaving the scene of an accident.

In the early hours of Sept. 19, a 34-year-old Hispanic male claims that Lohan clipped him when she was driving her 2010 black Porsche Cayenne SUV in Manhattan’s Chelsea District.  The accident occurred in an alleyway near Maritime and Dream Hotels.

After hitting the man, Lohan or her passenger got out of the car to check the vehicle for damage, and then walked into the Dream.  The victim was sent to the Bellevue Hospital for a knee injury.

When Lohan left the club, she was arrested.

Since the incident, her rep, Steve Honig, released a statement, “While some of the facts are still being gathered, it appears that this is much ado about nothing.  We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the coming weeks and the claims being made against Lindsay will be proven untrue.”
