Reese Witherspoon has given birth.

The actress gave birth to a son, Tennessee James Toth, on Sept. 27.

“Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Roth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today.  Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled,” her rep said.

The baby is Witherspoon’s first child with her husband, whom she married in March 2011.  She has two children already, Ava, 13, and Deacon, 8, from her previous marriage to Ryan Phillipe.
