Halle Berry and her ex Gabriel Aubry have settled their custody agreement over 4-year-old daughter Nahla.

“The parties have reached an amicable agreement.  There will be no further statements regarding this matter,” read a written statement held up by Berry’s statement, Blair Berk, after a hearing held on Nov. 29 in Los Angeles.

Aubry was present at the hearing, but Berry and her fiancé Olivier Martinez were not in attendance.

What the two agreed on, however, is currently not known.  But, the deal had been worked out on the same day the emergency protective order that had been issued against Aubry was to expire.  This order had banned him from seeing Nahla or being anywhere near Berry and Martinez.

It’s also currently unknown whether Aubry’s restraining order against Martinez, which was filed on Monday, remains in affect.
