Pop stars Katy Perry and Rihanna are no longer best friends.

Perry apparently doesn’t approve of Rihanna’s decision to get romantically involved with Brown again, and this has caused their friendship to end.

This isn’t the first time, however, reports that Perry and Rihanna have let Brown, who brutally assaulted Rihanna four years ago before the Grammy Awards, come between them.  In November, they were reported to have been “barely talking” by the New York Daily News.

At the time, a source close to Perry confirmed the rumors that there had been tension between the pop stars, nothing that Rihanna had even skipped out on Perry’s Halloween party.

Perry just feels, like many others, fear that Rihanna is “making a huge mistake and doesn’t want to be part of it,” revealed the insider.

The last time the former BFF’s were spotted together was at the MTV Video Music Awards in September.
