Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter is engaged.

Carter, 33, proposed to fitness expert/actress Lauren Kitt, 29, at the Florida Keys.  He planned a romantic boat ride to a secluded island, and proposed their, surrounded by close friends and Kitt’s father.

The couple, who have been dating for four years, now refers to the island as “Engagement Island.”
