Heidi Klum is joining NBC’s America’s Got Talent as a judge.

The model/host, 39, is excited about her new gig, telling PEOPLE, “I just arrived in New Orleans, and it was hard to go to sleep last night. I’m not sure who will be more nervous though – me or the contestants!”

She’ll be judging alongside Howie Mandel, Howard Stern, and Mel B. of Spice Girls fame.

Paul Telegdy, president of NBC alternative and late-night programing, said in a statement,”Heidi has an amazing career across multiple media platforms, and has built a brand that is a force in the entertainment business. She has achieved superstardom while balancing being a businesswoman and hard-working mom, bringing a huge amount of experience, discernment and taste to the panel.”

This will be the third series Klum will be featured on, as she’s currently the hosts of Project Runway and Germany’s Next Top Model.
