Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 90 days in a locked down rehab center.

The actress, who showed up to court nearly an hour later and was showered with glitter on the way in, also must attend psychotherapy sessions and do community service.

This was just the latest resolution for one of Lohan’s frequent court cases.  This one started over a Porshe crash in Santa Monica last summer when she was filming Liz & Dick.

During the Los Angeles Superior court hearing held on March 18, Lohan also pleaded no contest to lying to police and reckless driving.

Under the deal, Lohan, 26, has avoided a six-month jail term for violating her probation in a shoplifting case, as long as she doesn’t break any laws again.  If she does, she will be booked at the Santa Monica Police Department.

Lohan also faces a case in New York involving a nightclub fight, but her attorney expects that authorities won’t prosecute her in light of the current deal.
