A man was killed in a deadly terror attack in London on May 22.

Dramatic footage has emerged of the suspected terrorist attack near the London barracks that left one man dead.  The video shows the suspect with blood-covered hands using jihadist rhetoric to justify the violence.

On Wednesday night, prime minister David Cameron spoke to the public, vowing that Britain will “never buckle” in the fact of terrorist incidents.  He called the killing in Woolwich “absolutely sickening.”

ITV News broadcast footage of one of the alleged attackers that night.

A man, brandishing a cleaver and a knife, with the body of the victim lying just feet away, said, “We swear by almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you.  The only reason we have done this is because Muslims are dying every day.  This British soldier is an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.”

Later footage showed the aftermath of the incident, in which the two suspects were shot by police.

The victim, who is believed to be a British soldier, is thought to have died after suffering knife injuries, possibly around the head.

A transsexual woman will be allowed to wed her male partner after her appeal was granted by Hong Kong’s top court. In a region where same-sex marriage still fails to be recognized under the law, this ruling is being hailed as a milestone in the fight for marriage equality.

The Court of Final Appeal’s decision allows for transgender persons born male to marry men and those born female to marry women.

China, Singapore, India, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand, are among the other countries in the region where transsexual people are permitted to marry in accordance with their preferred gender identities.

Ethiopian Airlines became the first to resume service with the Boeing 787 Dreamliner this Saturday almost three months after the planes were grounded for safety issues.

Nearly 50 Dreamliners were taken out of commission world-wide following two incidents with Japanese airlines jets that raised concerns over the battery systems. Boeing has since began installing a redesigned battery system into the air-crafts.

The Dreamliner’s first commercial flight since January flew from Addis Ababa to Nairobi, Kenya, through Ethiopian airlines.

The smarter fuel economy made possible by the Dreamliner’s use of lightweight composite materials has made it very popular in Asia and the Middle East, where long-haul flights make up much of an airline’s business.

Japanese airlines have so far been the air-craft’s biggest customers.  They are expected to start test flights this Sunday.

Police found the bound bodies of five men and two women in a low-income neighborhood in the resort town of Cancun away from the tourist hot spots, according to Fox News.

Authorities in Mexico say the killings appear to be linked to the drug trade.

According to the Associated Press, the director of the Quintana Roo state detective agency reports that the victims reportedly died of asphyxiation, as a result of their hands, feet and heads being bound with packaging tape.

Juan Ignacio Hernandez, a deputy attorney general of Quintana Roo state, told Reuters, “It looks like the victims were independent drug dealers without any links to any specific cartel.”

Seven men have been named as suspects in the killings.
