Twenty-nine New Jersey bars and restaurants are being accused of charging customers full-price for fraudulent substitutions of liquor.

One bar allegedly sold a mixture of rubbing alcohol and caramel coloring and called it scotch. Another is suspected of refilling premium liquor bottles with dirty water. Of the restaurants being investigated, 13 of them are TGI Friday’s franchises.

These revelations come as the result of a year-long investigation by state officials dubbed “Operation Swill.” The investigators visited 63 establishments where 150 drinks were samples. 20% of the drinks that were collected did not belong to the brand they were being sold under.

The accused bars face steep consequences, including suspended liquor licenses and possible revocation.

A man was killed in a deadly terror attack in London on May 22.

Dramatic footage has emerged of the suspected terrorist attack near the London barracks that left one man dead. The video shows the suspect with blood-covered hands using jihadist rhetoric to justify the violence.

On Wednesday night, prime minister David Cameron spoke to the public, vowing that Britain will “never buckle” in the fact of terrorist incidents. He called the killing in Woolwich “absolutely sickening.”

ITV News broadcast footage of one of the alleged attackers that night.

A man, brandishing a cleaver and a knife, with the body of the victim lying just feet away, said, “We swear by almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you. The only reason we have done this is because Muslims are dying every day. This British soldier is an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.”

Later footage showed the aftermath of the incident, in which the two suspects were shot by police.

The victim, who is believed to be a British soldier, is thought to have died after suffering knife injuries, possibly around the head.

Catherine Zeta-Jones has returned home from treatment for her Bipolar II disorder.

The Oscar-winning actress had checked herself into a facility in April for a checkup.

Zeta-Jones, 43, revealed her diagonsis in 2011, telling PEOPLE, “This is a disorder that affects millions of people and I am one of them. If my revelation of having Bipolar II had encouraged one person to seek help, then it is worth it. There is no need to suffer silently and there is no shame in seeking help.”

The actress’ rep, Cece Yorke, told PEOPLE, that Zeta-Jones was committed to periodic care in order to manage her health, which would explain why she checked into a facility last month.

Experts are now saying that Allosaurus likely devoured its prey in a manner not dissimilar from that of modern-day falcons.

The iconic Tyrannosaurus rex is believed to have handled its prey like an alligator, by jerking it from side-to-side in its powerful jaws. Computer-generated simulations are now indicating that T. rex’s Jurassic cousin, Allosaurus preferred to strip flesh from bone with bird-like tugging motions.

Headed by Ohio University paleontologist Eric Snively, a team of experts in biomechanics, computer visualization, and dinosaur anatomy were able to generate models that provided them with insight into the eating mechanics of this prehistoric beast. Allosaurus’ muscle placement and bone structure echoed characteristics of modern predatory birds that are essential to how they kill and eat.

The Ohio University team plans to apply their method to additional dinosaurs in order to learn more about their feeding habits.

A tornado has ravaged through Oklahoma City suburbs on May 20, killing at least 37 people.

The monstrous tornado was reported to be a mile wide with winds up to 200. It set buildings on fire and landed a direct blow on an elementary school.

There are currently no confirmed injuries or deaths, but the storm did leave the community in ruins, with heaps of debris piled up where homes used to stand. The estimated dead is at 37 right now.

The National Weather Service had issued an initial finding that tornado was an EF-4 on the enhanced Fujita scale, which ranks it as the second most-powerful type of tornado.

Volunteers and first responders have raced to search the debris for survivors.

At Plaza Towers Elementary School, rescue workers have pulled several children alive from the rubble, while others are passing the survivors down a human chain to a triage center in the parking lot.

Oklahoma City Police Capt. Dexter Nelson believes that downed power lines and open gas lines will pose the most risk in the aftermath of the twister.

This same suburb had been hit hard by a tornado in 1999, with a storm that had the distinction of producing the highest winds ever recorded on the earth’s surface – 302 mph.

This past Wednesday, NASA announced that its Kepler space telescope has suffered a hardware failure, rendering it incapable of performing its duties. The Kepler telescope has been hunting for extrasolar planets for the past four years. This recent glitch could force NASA to retire the telescope for good.

When engineers first noticed that the Kepler had switched into safe mode, they knew something had gone wrong. They discovered that one of the telescope’s four reaction wheels had stopped moving. The reaction wheels are crucial to the telescope’s ability to accurately target distant stars and search for orbiting planets.

Since its launch in 2009, the Kepler has been watching nearly 150,000 stars continuously and has confirmed the existence of over 100 extrasolar planets.

Twilight couple Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have broken up after more than three years of dating.

A source told PEOPLE however that it would not be surprising if the on-and-off again pair got back together soon.

The news of their split comes following reports that Pattinson ditched out on his 27th birthday plans arranged by Stewart.

Prior to his birthday, the couple appeared to be going strong, having been seen in New York after the Met Gala and holding hands at Coachella. They also recently celebrated Stewart’s 23rd birthday together.

Pattinson and Stewart had broken up nearly a year ago in July, after the actress’ cheating scandal with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

Following the ordeal, which included a public apology from Stewart to Pattinson, in which she openly professed her love for the actor, the couple reunited less than two months later.
